 Come swim with me into the great search of family history. My family line includes surnames Getchell, Ellis, Boyer, Lindquist, Lundberg, Mitchell, Wallin (see FamilyTree file). I have been one of the lucky one's in finding family history as much of this information was passed on to me by cousins on both my mother and fathers sides of the family. Of course there are still many missing links. Several years ago a cousin from the Lundberg side of the family researched that line and was so kind to pass the information around to family members even those she had never met and I thank her for all her effort and patients in gathering this information. I took her typed copies and added them to my files. Before I actually did anything with this information it sat in a file drawer for many years until one day I finally bought Familytree maker software only to find that a distant cousin on my dads side had done a tremendous amount of research and added her information to the FamilyTree library. In the process I have made contact with her and got in contact with another cousin one who had actually known my father and his family growing up. I am so lucky to have made the acquaintance and instantly felt a family bonding between us. I only wish we lived closer to one another to actually meet face to face. Wayne and Maxine you have touched my heart.
